Statement of Faith

We have published the following Statement of Faith regarding our major core beliefs. We believe and accept the entire Scripture, which was written in Hebrew, Aramaic and Koine Greek (original biblical languages), as the Word of God.

Authority of Scripture

We believe in the power and authority of Scripture, and that the entire Holy Bible is the inspired and written Word of God.

2 Timothy 3:16 (KJV)

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

2 Peter 1:21 (KJV)

For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

One True God

We believe in the one and only true God who is the Creator of the heaven and the earth.

1 Timothy 2:5 (KJV)

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

John 17:3 (KJV)

And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

Isaiah 45:18 (KJV)

For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.

Genesis 1:1 (KJV)

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Father, Son & Holy Ghost

We believe that there are three in heaven that bear witness; the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost. We also believe that these three are one.

1 John 5:7 (KJV)

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

1 Corinthians 12:3 (KJV)

Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

One Body, One Spirit, One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism, One God

We believe in one body, one Spirit, one Lord, one faith, one baptism and one God.

Ephesians 4:4 (KJV)

There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

Ephesians 4:5 (KJV)

One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

Ephesians 4:6 (KJV)

One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Jesus - Son of God

We believe that Jesus Christ is the beloved Son of God.

Luke 3:22 (KJV)

And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

One Faith

We believe that there is one faith that was once delivered unto the saints.

Ephesians 4:5 (KJV)

One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

Jude 1:3 (KJV)

Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

The Power of the Holy Spirit

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and that the Holy Ghost is the Comforter.

John 14:16 (KJV)

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

John 14:17 (KJV)

Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Matthew 28:19 (KJV)

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

One Baptism

We believe in water baptism and in the baptizing of the Holy Spirit. We believe that every individual must be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.

Matthew 28:19 (KJV)

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Acts 1:5 (KJV)

For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.

Salvation through Jesus Christ

We believe in only one salvation, through Jesus Christ, the resurrected and the only begotten Son of God, and that only through Him we can be saved.

John 3:17 (KJV)

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.

John 14:6 (KJV)

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Acts 4:12 (KJV)

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Romans 10:9 (KJV)

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Resurrection

We believe that Jesus Christ is the resurrection and that God raised Him from the grave and that He is seated at the right hand of God.

John 11:25 (KJV)

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

Mark 16:6 (KJV)

And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.

Acts 2:32 (KJV)

This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

Mark 16:19 (KJV)

So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

Gifts of the Holy Spirit

We believe that there are many gifts of the Holy Spirit, including wisdom, knowledge, faith, gifts of healing, miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, speaking in tongues and interpretation of tongues. The Holy Spirit divides to each individual any gifts according to the Spirit’s will.

1 Corinthians 12:8 (KJV)

For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;

1 Corinthians 12:9 (KJV)

To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

1 Corinthians 12:10 (KJV)

To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:

1 Corinthians 12:11 (KJV)

But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
